Hon. Prin.Civil Medical Officer,

1 regret to inform you that Mr. Nicholas,

the Senior Wardmaster at the infectious Disease Hospitals, was reported to me this morning by Mr. Egerton, for being drunk while on duty. Mr. Nicholas acknowledges the truth of the report and i have suspended him from duty cending your instructions.
